Introduction
Shenjiu quartz fiber superfine yarn is a newly developed product. The diameter of the monofilament is 5 μm, which means its tensile strength is 1.6 times that of 7.5μm quartz fiber yarn. All characteristic indexes have been greatly improved, the corresponding composites upgraded significantly. In addition, its linear expansion coefficient is small, and tensile modulus increases when temperature increasing, which is extremly rare.
