Shenjiu quartz cloth is a kind of cloth of various thicknesses and weave styles which are finely woven with plain fibers, twills, satins and other weaves using quartz fibers with a certain warp and weft density.

Performance advantages:

1. It has excellent dielectric properties and wave permeability, with a dielectric constant of 3.78 and a dielectric loss of 0.0002.

2. Good high temperature resistance, continuous use temperature can reach 1050 ℃, short-term use temperature can reach 1300 ℃.

3. Good insulation performance, high resistivity, the resistivity is 1 × 1018Ω · cm ~ 1 × 106Ω · cm in the middle of 20 ℃ ~ 1000 ℃, and the service life is long.

4. Quartz fiber has high tensile strength and length stability.

5. Light weight, heat resistance, small heat capacity and low thermal conductivity.
